The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle works in partnership with United Way to provide eviction prevention and rental assistance services to individuals and families who have been impacted or displaced by the pandemic. Soon, we will begin enrolling participants for these services on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see below for more information on how to begin the process of applying.

How do I apply for eviction prevention services?

Because we anticipate a high volume of need for this service, we encourage you to be proactive by completing the first two steps in the application process below to expedite your ability to potentially receive assistance. Once ULMS has been authorized by the city to begin accepting individuals for rental assistance, we will reach out to those who have completed the following, first:
  1. Complete the rental assistance interest form.
  2. Complete the ULMS Intake form and email it to Crystal Barquet via cbarquet@urbanleague.org 
As soon as the program begins, a housing counselor will reach out to you with the next steps.
