Homebuyer Education Workshop

Tired of renting? There is money available for homebuyer assistance!
Join our next Homebuyer Education workshop to learn more and access available resources to help you get started! This is a free (virtual) five-hour workshop to help you meet the WA State Housing Finance Commission’s education requirements for down payment assistance and a variety of affordable housing programs and opportunities for qualified applicants! These requirements include the successful completion of a Homebuyers Education Seminar meeting the current FHA, Fannie Mae, FreddieMac, and SMBA benchmark standards.
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate of achievement from the WA State Housing Finance Commission and DFI valid for two years from the date of issuance.
