Homebuyer Education Workshop [VIRTUAL]
October 17 @ 10:00 am – 3:30 pm
This is a free five-hour workshop to help you meet the WA State Housing Finance Commission’s education requirements for down payment assistance and a variety of affordable housing programs and opportunities for qualified applicants! These requirements include the successful completion of a Homebuyers Education Seminar meeting the current FHA, Fannie Mae, FreddieMac, and SMBA benchmark standards.
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate of achievement from the WA State Housing Finance Commission and DFI valid for two years from the date of issuance.
To join our next workshop, please complete and submit the following registration form at least 24-hours before your selected workshop date. Once this form has been submitted, be sure to check your email for a digital confirmation, as well as additional follow up and important information from a ULMS Housing Department staff member.
Virtual workshops are held every 3rd and 4th Saturday of the month from 10:00AM – 3:30PM. A Zoom link will be sent to you via a ULMS Housing department staff member upon completing registration.
