Communities don’t fall behind by accident — they’re pushed there by systems that restrict access, limit ownership, and disrupt stability. Reclamation & Restoration is a commitment to rebuild what was denied and expand what becomes possible — at scale.
Rainer Valley, historically and predominantly composed of low-income and racially diverse populations, has long been disproportionately affected by housing cost burden and displacement. The Empowerment Center will create an ecosystem of support and care through programming and services tailored to meet their needs.
More than meeting the underserved where they are, ULMS believes in planting itself in the community it serves to provide consistent and present support
